In The Lab
The general trend in synthetic production is to quickly synthesize the desired material, deferring the resulting inefficiencies to purification. Less attention is paid to the mechanics of synthesis. The result is crude compounds with low purity, low yields and difficult, time-consuming and expensive purification. Under these conditions production can be a challenge; sometimes completion of the compound is impossible.
We have a radically different approach: place the emphasis on the synthesis. Our scrupulous attention to the chemistries and techniques employed results in crude compounds with high purity, high yields and simplified purification. This approach yields substantial savings in both time and money.
Business Strategy
IBC focuses its efforts on providing the synthesis of organic compounds while operating out of several laboratories. Having multiple laboratories available, each with its own core competency, allows IBC to provide a wide range of chemicals while maintaining that focus necessary to provide the finest quality materials in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Since we produce what we sell we have direct control over all aspects of production, and by dealing directly with our clients we eliminate the several-fold increase the catalogue houses have to charge in order to support the overhead. An added bonus for our clients is that when you buy from us you have a direct connection with the manufacturer of the products you use.
